On the Thirty-Fifth Day of Summer

Was looking through an old notebook today. The kind of notebook where you stash pictures, quotes, magazine articles, jotted down ideas, recipes...I found this gem.
The picture speaks volumes. Especially if you are a woman in perimenopause-menopause. Made me laugh.

I don't know if is possible to "ease into menopause" there has been no ease for me.
