Granola and Quinuoa on a Wondrous Fall Day

Lovely Fall Sunday Afternoon
I browned some tempe in oil, added onions and garlic, green peppers, sun dried tomatoes, black olives

Poured the tempe and vegetables in a bowl then used the same pan to brown some quinuoa
Added some broccoli to the dish and she's done.

Today's granola

I made grain fruit bars.  A cross between granola and Kind bars.  Lots of fiber, fruit, and protein.

I will post recipes. Maybe tomorrow
